The shower pressure was terrible, but my room was really spacious.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby. However, the shower pressure was low, which could definitely be improved. Staff service was a highlight, as they were accommodating and attentive throughout my stay.

I stayed here for 1 night in a Standard Queen Room, and I was blown away by the instant response of the Mitsubishi elevator-definitely the best I’ve ever experienced! The location is fantastic, with a variety of eateries just within a couple of blocks. Plus, the quick wifi and early check-in made my arrival so much easier and stress-free!

The location was great, felt very safe, and we could easily order an Uber to explore nearby places like the Gold Museum and Simon Bolivar Park. Don't miss out on the sauna on the top floor for relaxation!

They only provide one small hand towel, which was a bit frustrating after a few days. We'd appreciate more toiletries during our stay.
